If you are not satisfied with your product or you feel it is not as described you (the customer) may return any item within seven days of delivery, for a refund or exchange provided the item(s) meets with the following criteria:
All goods must be returned in the original condition they were received. A refund or exchange will not be provided for products returned in a used condition or been tampered with. If we determine that an item has been tampered with, you will be notified via email within seven days of its return. You will be given the option to pay for its return to you again if you wish. If you do not reply or refuse to make payment for its return, the item will be held for 30 days and then put back into stock.
Returns must be requested within seven days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after seven days.
As per the distance selling rules, we’re happy to exchange your item if it does not match the image on the website within seven days of receiving the item.
If we accept your returned item and you would like a refund rather than an exchange, you will be refunded theÂ cost you paid at time of purchase. Postage is non refundable.
We advise for your peace of mind that all items should be returned by Royal Mail or other currier service that will provide a tracking number. We will not accept liability for products lost or damaged during transit returned by you. If you choose to send back your item without a tracking number, we will not be held liable for any delay or loss. This is in accordance with all UK legislation.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs when returning items to us for refund or exchange. International customers are also responsible for any customs or duties charges payable to return items to us.
